• Custom Development Projects: Refunds are governed by the specific project agreement. Deposits for completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Hotel Management Services: Service fees for OTA management and revenue consulting are non-refundable after services have been rendered.
• One-time Setup Fees: Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Cancellation Process: To request a refund or cancellation, please email account@tripstar.co.in with your contract details.

All refund requests are reviewed within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
